The Service acquires information on users and their behaviour in the following manner:
through data which users voluntarily submit through forms,
by saving cookies in their terminal devices,
by collecting server logs by the hosting operator available at klatka.pl.
Information acquired through forms
We collect information which you have provided voluntarily.
We can also save information on connection parameters (connection time, IP address)
Data submitted through forms are not disclosed to third parties without your prior consent.
Data submitted through forms may constitute a collection of prospective clients registered by us in the Register in custody of Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO).

Information on certain user behaviours are logged at the server layer. This information is used exclusively for the purpose of server administration as well as to ensure the highest level of efficiency for hosting services provided.
Internet resources viewed are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded:
time when query was received
time when request was sent
name of client station – identification by HTTP protocol,
information on errors which occurred during HTTP transaction,
URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Service was reached via a link,
details of user browser,
IP address details.
The above mentioned data cannot be associated with individual users who browse our web pages.
The above mentioned data are used solely for the purposes of server administration.
Data can be disclosed to external entities only to the extent allowed by law.
Data enabling identification of a natural person can only be disclosed with the consent of the person concerned.
We may be obliged to disclose data collected by us to authorised law enforcement bodies upon a lawful request to the extent resulting from such a request.
